A water loss moves through stages, and each stage has its own work. Standing water comes out first, the building is dried second, soaked materials are cleaned out and then the finishes are rebuilt. If mold shows up, it has its own plan. This page explains which service answers which question.
If water is on the floor now, start with emergency water removal. If the water is out but walls and floors are damp, read about water mitigation. Either one can be started through the 24/7 line, with same-day arrival possible when a crew is free.

How the services fit together
Most jobs use several services in order. A burst pipe might need extraction on night one, drying for the next four days, cleanup of the wet carpet pad and then drywall repair. Scope and price are explained before each stage starts, so you know what you are agreeing to.
Mold is a secondary service. It comes up when moisture lingered or when a hidden leak ran for weeks. Our mold remediation page explains inspection, containment and clearance testing without health claims.
Restoration is not plumbing, roofing or basement waterproofing. A plumber or roofer stops the source, and a waterproofing contractor handles foundation seepage. We will tell you honestly when your problem belongs to another trade.
